Freshwater Fish Replacement Policy There
are no cash refunds on any Fish purchase. Freshwater Fish will be replaced or an in-store credit will be issued in the event of the fishes death with 14 DAYS of purchase subject to the following conditions:
In-store credit slips may not be redeemed for cash nor can lost or stolen in-store credit slips be replaced. ### Dry Goods Return and Exchange Policy Return or exchange must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and all original packaging. Upon inspection, we will replace, repair, or refund the cost of the product. We are not responsible for any item which has been abused, missing parts, or used in an application not suitable for the product, or an item warranted directly by the manufacturer. Refund will be made in the same manner in which the product was originally paid for; i.e., cash, check, or charge/debit card. Merchandise returned without the original sales receipt will not be refunded. In-store credit slips may not be redeemed for cash nor can lost or stolen in-store credit slips be replaced. ### Exotic Animal Replacement Policy
Wild or Imported Reptiles Captive bred Reptiles &
Arachnids Please make your Exotic Animal purchases carefully. We cannot exchange animals once purchase has been made. If you have any questions about the Exotic Animal Replacement Policy, please ask your sales person before making your purchases.
